QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


To provide technical support to global telecommunications customers by using effective decision making and problem solving skills. This is a direct customer liaison role interacting and communicating with customer and other internal teams to ensure that customers get the best performance and value from the equipment they buy from company with a proper support.


- Working closely with worldwide customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions for the Ribbon Products

- Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective

- Identify and resolve application and platform related configuration, software issues reported from Customer sites

- Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule

- Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers


General Qualifications

- Fluent English both verbal and written

- Good communication skills; ability to build trust and influence

- Good analytical skills, and being eager to develop and take on responsibility

- Aiming for continuous improvement and highly motivated

- Follow customer SLAs and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction

- Knowledge on Unix and/or Linux operating systems

- Knowledge on databases

- Knowledge on IP, VoIP technologies

- Fast Troubleshooting
