GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Assisting in the execution of M&A, PE, VC, IPO, SPO transactions (ECM) and bond / sukuk / real estate certificate issuances and other products (DCM)
  • Performing financial analysis and creating financial models
  • Drafting information memorandums and other marketing documents for potential transactions: “if you can’t make it desirable, nothing is sellable”
  • Conducting industry, market, company-specific and potential investor research: “Data is the king & new currency”
  • Coordinating data room during due diligence process
  • Participating in the preparation of client pitch presentations
  • Researching M&A, private placement, bond market issues and identification of market opportunities

    • University degree from a reputable university (MBA,CFA is a plus)
    • New graduates or 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance preferably in an investment bank, big 4 audit companies, M&A house or a PE company
    • Interest in M&A, privatizations, equity capital market issuances, debt capital market issuances (corporate bonds / sukuks (islamic bonds) / real estate certificate) and in valuation, business modeling and sector research
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English with another foreign language being a plus
    • Preferably a good knowledge of financial reporting, accounting and / or IFRS
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications
