We are looking for an Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to be employed in Burgan Securities.


  • University degree accompanied by MBA and/or CFA degree is remarkable,
  • Capital Markets Board Level 3 license,
  • Min. 5 years of experience in corporate finance in brokerage houses, investment banks,
  • Having valuation experience is an asset,
  • Demonstrating completed transactions (Bond Issue, IPO etc.) is an asset,
  • Knowledge in CMB’s (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) legistation for to issue bonds and IPO,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Ability to adapt,
  • Excellent communication skills and good team player.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should be responsible for;


  • Managing and developing Corporate Finance department,
  • Building a network of clients for corporate finance i.e. IPO, Bond Issue, valuation, advisory, financing etc.,
  • Providing coordination with internal and external parties involved in projects and lead negotiations,
  • Running roadshows to potential clients,
  • Preparing necessary documentation (teasers, valuation, presentations etc.),
  • Preparing legal documents and running processes with regulator(s),
  • Presenting financial modelling and different valuation methods to clients.
