We are now taking applications for Corporate Finance Senior Manager in our Deal Advisory Practice based in İzmir.


Qualifications;


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business from an accredited college/university, preferably an MSc or MA degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration.
  • A minimum of 7–9 years experience in the fields of M&A advisory, corporate development, capital markets advisory, investment or corporate banking with a strong finance background,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical and financial modeling skills, the ability to work well in a team environment and a commitment to mentoring and developing staff,
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple corporate finance engagements and manage client relationships,
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint are prerequisites,
  • Excellent command of English.


Job Description;


  • Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships in and around İzmir with deal advisory and İzmir based partners,
  • Assist in business development efforts; collaborate with other KPMG practices to build cross-functional relationships,
  • Manage and deliver corporate finance projects,
  • Conduct research and market analysis to help assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment in different sectors and the corporate finance market,
  • Supervise and mentor staff; provide timely and effective performance feedback and training.
