Strategic knowledge creation and messaging (e.g. Executive Committee presentations, Ad-hoc reporting requests, State of the business reporting etc.)
Assist top management with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of the corporate’s operational & financial data and market performance.
Maintains and utilizes corporate, industry and market information to support develop regular reporting and environmental assessments, business planning and strategic analysis.
Gathers and analyzes market data from various internal and external databases and sources. Creates analytical reports and presentations to support management decisions. Provides consultation and analytical support for marketing efforts and operational superiority.
Conduct high quality research and analysis of macro-economic trends, sectors, competition and financial developments to support decision process
Support the development new reports and analysis needs, proactively, to identify new opportunities in current businesses and support development of initial business cases
Ensure data collection process is functioning in all activity locations to provide quality data within deadlines. Regularly review data quality assessments, and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
Engineering and/or Economics Degree from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience for analyst positions – with experience in Business/Market Analysis and/or Strategic Reporting, preferably at a leading conglomerate or strategy consulting firm.
High level of analytical skills to develop creative, creditable solutions and recommendations.
Critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues concisely, on paper and in words
Excellent analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Research Tools) and Strong communication skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
Intense follow up on tasks and due dates
Ability to communicate effectively in English in spoken and written
