Position’s Mission
The mission of the Country Marketing Manager is to make sure that all local marketing needs, in line with your country objectives, are constantly met, in the most organized fashion.
What you will have to do:
- Able to easily create marketing briefings by understanding perfectly the local market needs
- Create and distribute local market insights to HQ marketing, product and sales teams
- Manage local marketing and PR agencies,
- Design, create and activate local marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and delivery partners
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the country manager and other internal stakeholders
- Increase retention rate from new clients and couriers
- Develop our local brand presence, via digital and offline channels
- Support central team with marketing budget planning
Desired Experience
- Hands-on experience in marketing management
- Ability to run 360 marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of main marketing metrics: digital and classic marketing
- Strong analytical & communicational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organized & Self oriented
- Pro-active
- E-commerce, Delivery Services experienced will be a plus
- Fluent english
