Credit Manager İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

You will be working in the Account Receivable, Global Business Services, Finance Operational Services in Istanbul, Turkey, helping to prepare accounting studies and financial reports by completing accounting activities recording financial transactions. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner you will provide key support to the business, applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

Your responsibilities:

• Formulates and recommends general credit policy with support from the country credit committee, and assures adherence to accepted standards,
• Reviews major lease, purchase, or conditional sales contract proposals to identify and minimize credit risk,
• Proposes credit limits and supports Local Divisions on credit decisions,
• Makes financial analysis of customers,
• Maintains frequent communications with sales function and performs credit reviews with Local Business Units on a regular basis,
• Supports Local Divisions in settlement of delinquent accounts when established parameters are not met,
• Manages all account issues involving bankruptcy and other legal proceedings.

Your background:

• Having university degree in relevant departments,

• Min 8 years of experience, preferentially in credit management,

• Turkish GAAP, USGAAP and IFRS knowledge together is an asset,

• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and to multitask between various projects,

• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment,

• SAP experience is an asset,

• Trade receivable insurance management experience is an asset,

• Good English, written and verbal communication skills,

• Turkish knowledge is a must,

• Stakeholder management during projects are key.
