QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Graduates of Business Administration, Economics or other related departments of high-ranked universities
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in a global company
  • Financial knowledge to read and asses financial data, basic accounting knowledge
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Outstanding ability to persuade and influence
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highest level of integrity and ethical standards


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing Credit & Collections activities to maximize cash flow through accounts receivable turnover. Achieve the KPI targets through managing the teams
  • Following strategies set in terms of risk management and collections. Decide the actions to achieve the strategy and KPI targets. Monitoring and reporting actuals vs targets.
  • Performing ad hoc and monthly Credit and Accounts Receivable reviews with Credit&Collection Manager
  • Financial analysis of existing and new customers in order to evaluate the risk level and establish or change the credit lines. Assist Credit&Collection Manager to compile a High Risk Report that identifies all specific-identification bad debt reserve recommendations
  • Assisting Country Credit&Collection Manager to implement new Credit & Collection projects and procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate with different functions (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service) to mitigate risk and maximize profitable business opportunities
  • Ensuring timely collection of current and overdue receivables
  • Preparing monthly Account Receivable Report and Risk Analysis


“Credit Control Specialist” will be reporting to Credit Risk & Collections Manager. This job cover two separate roles:

  • Credit & Collections Management through organizing sales team and focusing them to the right actions or directly contacting the big customers in order to accelerate cash flow by ensuring timely collection from customers.
  • Credit Risk Management responsible for portfolio risk analyses involving both new and existing customers.

Both roles require a delicate balance with maintaining customer relationships while driving key finance performance metrics. Both roles must ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Company Code of Conduct.
