We are looking for a Credit Risk & Collection Specialist,
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields,
- 3-4years experience in a similar position,
- Team player with strong communication skills, highly motivated,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.,
- SAP experience is a plus,
- Analytical skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To interact with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, sending dunning letters for overdue receivables and reminding upcoming payments,
- Manage daily credit limit control and approval operation of clients,
- Periodic overdue and risk reviews to detect high risk clients,
- Support improving order-to-cash process to ensure all invoices are accurately and submitted to customers in a timely manner,
- To contact with insurance company for customer limit requests/cancels,
- Follow up the return invoices and price difference invoices coming from customers, share them with sales departments and make sure that all invoices will be booked till month end.
