JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Analytics Specialist to work at Yves Rocher that will be responsible for working with customer data, analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns and use the analysis results to improve campaigns and other CRM applications.


This role requires:

  • Analyzing customer behaviours, CRM campaign performances and other CRM applications,
  • Determining target customer groups for Omnichannel CRM Campaigns (retail, e-commerce) based on customer data to optimize return rates,
  • Forecasting campaign performances, create and analyze customer journeys,
  • Discover real life applications in the analysis results, provide suggestions for improvements in terms of contact plan,
  • Work closely with Data Science division on creating models and analysis related to CRM,
  • Create and follow up regular reports, KPI’s, analysis,
  • Be in contact with Paris HQ in terms of CRM campaign performances and provide reports and documents where necessary,
  • Carry out data related activities as part of CRM team,
  • Engage in CRM operations where necessary,
  • Participate in CRM related projects and implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, etc.) or related fields,
  • Experience of min. 1-2 years in analytical roles, especially analysis and targeting of CRM campaigns and customer behaviours,
  • Working knowledge in SQL and basic statistics,
  • Preferably experience using SAS EG and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent command of English both written and oral,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform in teams as well as individual,
  • Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,
  • Curious about consumption habits, customer behavior and campaign management, retail experience is a plus.
