QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or releated departments in businesses, online retail sector will be an asset.
  • Graduation from one of the following departments; statistics, business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or mathematics.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge about web technologies and Bl tools.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and marketing communications.
  • Knowledge about SQL and data mining processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with problem solving and detail oriented mindset.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execution of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy to support new member acquisition and customer retention.
  • Analyze customer data to conduct and develop segmentation.
  • Create and optimize customer journeys to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Determine target groups for campaigns and announcements.
  • Execution of the marketing communication processes ( Email, SMS,WebPush) and provide reports.
  • Implement ,test and optimize the marketing automation processes.
  • Manage and improve the quality of the customer database with IT teams and 3rd party providers in accordance with the laws.
