QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in ındustrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics,
- Minimum 2 years experience on CRM Campaign Management Department,
- Experience in target population, campaign design and campaign monitoring ,
- Experience in campaign management tools preferably in UNICA,
- Experience in SAS EG and SQL,
- Excellent command of English,
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
Job Description
- Developing campaign plans with stakeholders accross the bank to ensure on-time campaign launches,
- Design and implement CRM campaigns,
- Providing inputs and ideas to improve CRM campaigns,
- Analyzing campaign results and developing new structures in order to monitor results automatically,
- Developing optimization strategies in order to increase efficiency and cross sell,
- Process improvements to manage multichannel communication strategies.
