Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “CRM Specialist” with the following skills and qualifications;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economy …)
  • Minimum 3 years CRM , marketing, client marketing or retail experience
  • Good Excel knowledge is must
  • Good command of English
  • Team player
  • Ability to self-organizing, self disciplined and systematic working
  • Ability to assess reason-result analysis, take necessary actions
  • Strong multistasking and follow up
  • Eager to learning and development
  • Avoid to military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value.
  • Manage all CRM and Client Marketing activities in accordance with the yearly animation plan.
  • Manage CRM communications and email campaigns, working closely with team members to seamlessly coordinate the end to end management of CRM and database direct marketing across Sephora Turkey
  • Drive a continuously improving customer engagement plan, ensuring alignment with central CRM, ecommerce and category/brand peers, delivering a customer-first offering on all key marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Take ownership for recruitment, retention and communication with customers directly, via stores & online.
  • Plan and execute CRM strategies across the board with a focus on encouraging user engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Deliver and track all email & SMS campaigns.
  • Create and lead projects in order to increase cardholders’ turnover & purchase frequency through efficient CRM offers & campaigns.
  • Implement and lead successfully all CRM and main KCP campaigns in the company both online and offline
  • Manage and track after sales services including call center.
