QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Customer Development Executive (Ankara) to join our Nestle Professional Team who will responsible to stay constantly engaged with Starbucks Branded Solutions clients as guardian of brand standards in execution, control, quality, presentation, and overall Starbucks brand representation.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Monitoring and evaluating clients to ensure that quality standards and marketing material are met and consistent with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with Customer Development Manager and Key Account Managers to schedule new and existing accounts training. Coach the team to enhance their performance and improve skills on perfect execution and ensure controls in place and where required WPS locations
  • Works with Coordinators, Customer Development & other teams to provide excellent reports and stock reports and requirements, customer support, relationship management and product delivery
  • Develops best in class understanding of customer / zone including the ability to articulate SBS customers’ own commercial goals and KPIs. Understands the value that SBS contributes to these goals.
  • Performs customer training, audits quality and owns world class service to all customers within region


Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • 3-5 years of experience in branded coffee retail with a customer service background is also preferred
  • Has experience in coffee business
  • Has demonstrated success in delivering targets
