QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

If you think you are the ideal candidate for our “Collection Squad Customer Journey Expert” position, a part of Operations Group, knowing that you will be responsible for call reduction, sales improvement, KPI management and technology procurement with third parties such as startups and technology innovators;

If you think you have the following qualifications;

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably Engineering, Administration Sciences, Economics, etc.)

· Good command in MS Office programs (SAS or SQL knowledge is a plus)

· + 2 years of experience

· Advanced command of written and spoken English

· Strong analytical skills

· A pro-active thinker

· Experience in UAT testing is a plus

· Ability to work on tasks and manage own time to meet deadlines

· Knowledge of collection/credit risk processes or lending products is a plus

· Building up analytical approaches for process improvements

· Managing collection decision support system

· Gathering collection process needs and implementing technical system improvements

· Atomization and digitalization of collection processes

· Ensuring that improvements are successfully implemented

· Interpreting and analyzing collection data
