We are looking for an Automotive Customer Quality Engineer to take part in Şişecam Automotive Headquarter located in Tuzla / Istanbul;
· University degree in Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Automotive Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive industry
· Actively involved and experience in customer quality/supplier quality and project management
· Knowledge of automotive quality management process (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP and FMEA)
· Excellent command of English (Preferably German/French)
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Good communication skills, team player and self-motivated
· Analytical thinking, problem solving skills
· Proactive and advanced planning skills
· No restrictions to travel in and abroad, active driver
Job Description
Within the framework of OEM Global Customer Quality Responsibility;
· Following/management/reporting of global customer quality performance metrics and reclamation process based on the related Global Customer Account
· Following customer contracts/special requests and integration of changes into related plants
· Transfer the technical expectations of customer to related plants during the project start-up phase and serial production and coordination of necessary actions
· Performing customer technical visits periodically
· Preparation for customer audits and supporting plants in the process of audits
