We are looking for Project Quality Engineer in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector,
- Involved in the new product launching projects of automotive customers,
- Good knowledge of English
- Having no restriction to travel in the country and abroad and having driving license,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control to quality tools (FMEA, FTA, Six Sigma, DOE) by the program team during program development based on customer requirements and best practices.
- Evaluation of design verification and product validation test results with Lab. Leader. Ensure parts assigned for validation are of the proper build level and expected quality.
- Review and sign-off on pre-production part builds to verify parts to be sent to customers will meet engineering quality expectations. Review preliminary AAR samples to verify intended appearance criteria.
- Actively deal with and act on other team members to meet quality and projects goals
- Collaborate with APQP team in the creation of Appearance roadmaps.
- Drive program team and interface with customer to ensure Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and Varroc Quality Requirements compliance. Make sure Quality items like Warranty, PPM, QR, MSA, Dimensional, etc. are studied and provide feedback to CBU for feasibility. .
- Co-Participate with production quality in Varroc internal and Customer Run at Rate to identify top process quality issues and address them through corrective actions.
- Review component drawings and understand the application requirements for each component. Understand all performance and engineering specifications applied to the parts.
