QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Electricfil Unifil Otomotiv is searching for Project and Process Engineer to be employed in Dudullu plant:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/ Electrical),
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, French knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge & Experience in implementation of new manufacturing processes
- Knowledge & Experience in Project management, APQP process.
- Strong machine, equipment and technical knowledge,
- Minimum 3 years experience in industry with similar responsibilities,
- Knowledge of MS Office programs,
- No restrict for travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project and Process Engineer, the key responsabilities will include;
- Redaction of the Technical machines specification according FMEA results and internal review meeting
- Lead the design checking of new machines and tooling by organizing internal technical review and risk analisis with the team
- Lead manufacturing of new equipments and tooling by redaction of technical specification and tracking of the realisation with the machines suppliers.
- Managing the project planning with EFI and local project team to meet customer needs.
- Leading prototype production and preparation of serial production,
- Tracking of validation tests (capabilities, performance test, Process validation test, etc.),
- Working with all impacted teams to ensure correct parties are involved to improve in terms of price and Quality of the products.
