QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Alba Plastic ranks in the plastic and plating parts as a leader at the Automotive Industry in Turkey. As an innovative, sustainable, growth-oriented, respectful to people and environment and competitive, we produce quality products in order to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest quality. We are looking for Project Engineer to our Engineering&Project Department.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for managing all development processes from first feasibility to SOP+3 months,
•Responsible for achievement of Project KPIs, Quality, Timing and Cost,
•Leading the project team to create sinergy between team members,
•To coordinate validation pf production and control equipments (mold, fixture,assembly lines etc.) with project team,
•Ensure the timing of critical path of project and use escaltions in case of delays,
•Present the Project status in daily, weekley, monthly meetings,
•Managing the 4M changes in company.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
•Knowledge of Quality System Managment ( IATF, VDA, 45001,14001,etc)
•Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA,
•At least 2 years of experience in similar position,
•Excellent command of written and spoken English (Knowing German is a plus),
•Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
•Having a valid driving license and active driver,
•No resctriciton for travel,
•No military obligation for male candidates.
