GENEL NİTELİKLER

The Person:

· Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree.

·Min.3 years experience on project management function in multinational Automotive Tier1 /Tier2 manufacturers

· Good command of TS16949, APQP, PPAP processes.

· Commercial sense.

· Leadership skills.

· Very good communication and team working skills..

· Proficiency in self planning as well as prioritizing and organizing processes.

· Good stress management.

· Driving License.

· Residency in or close to Kocaeli area

The Role:

· PPAP documentation tracking, APQP tasks completion on time and project schedule reporting for project milestones.

· Managing project tasks, preparing and updating project plannings and submitting to customers.

· Attending to regular project meetings with customer teams, representing the company about progress and developments.

· Updating ECR tracking lists for engineering and process change management, crossfunction team feasibility reviews and reporting.

· Leading RFQ of tool/machine/part modifications with suppliers.

· Managing PLM database for BOM management of new products.

· PPAP tracking for supplier parts and process quality audits at supplier site.

· Managing project issues with 8D problem solving methodology.

· Achieving Project goals, PSW submission on time to Customer PPAP portals.

· Leading project trial activities and making process parameter improvement followup at production line to reach run at rate efficiency targets.

· Piloting prototype productions, PV validation testings, project part measurements.
