QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Mata Automotive is a global leading full-service supplier of decorative interior and exterior components in original premium materials to global automotive manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Chrysler, and Tesla.
We are looking for Quality Engineer in Mata Automotive’s Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector,
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- Basic knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA,
- Knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Fast learning and having practical mind set,
- No obstacle to travel,
- Result oriented team player with interpersonal skills,
- Having a driving license,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
- Living or relocating in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Gebze region.
Job Description
- Customer single-point-of-contact both during project phase and after SOP
- Preparation of PPAP file with respect to customer specific requirements and submission to customers
- Participating PFMEA meetings and release and revision of control plans
- Performing capability and MSA studies during project phase
- Follow-up of validation tests for new projects
- Leadership of customer complaints and 8-D Team for the references of projects that he/she had taken in place
- Actively deal with and act on other team members to meet quality and projects goals
- Interface with customer to ensure Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Co-Participate with production quality, Run at Rate to identify top process quality
- Understand all performance and engineering specifications applied to the production parts.
