QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The main objective of our company, which adopts the importance of Human Resources, is absolute customer satisfaction.To be employed inİstanbul Orhanlı plant,we are seeking for Quality Control and Assurance Engineer :
Qualifications;
- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control and Assurance Department,
- Experienced in APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC, MSA, Process Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems ( IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ),
- Good in planning & organisation, problem solving & decision making,
- Enthusiastic for development,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Jod Description;
- Respond to customer’s claims in time with the appropriate 8D format,
- Organizing the Kaizen team for the customer claim,
- Preparing PPAP, Control plan, Flow chart, SPC, MSA and FMEA with the responsible departments,
- As a member of a team, making regular product and process audits,
- In case of any defect detected inline requesting root cause and actions to be implemented with the appropriate 8D format,
- Help and organize the sustainability of Quality Management Systems ( IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ).
- Conducting Product, Process and Supplier audits.
- Preferably have a knowledge of Incoming Quality Control procedures, and have experience in Supplier Management
