We are looking for Method and Process Development Engineer in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience on similar position,
- Having developing negotiation & presentation skills,
- Advance level English with writing and speaking skills,
- Ability to use MS Office programs actively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing new production and processing methods by following the technological developments,
- To evaluate the designs of the final control lines together with the team. Constructing the final control lines and taking necessary actions for approval,
- Improving the performance of existing and new business processes and increasing productivity in order to achieve optimum business results from existing machinery and equipment. Increasing capacity, reducing costs and developing system methodologies with new practices.
- Performing/ensuring the realization of lean manufacturing applications (VSM, TS, TPM, SMED, etc.) required at the project stage in the new production lines to be established.
- Performing research / feasibility analysis / implementation for the development of existing methods and Technologies,
- Transferring the project responsibility to production in compliance with SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Shipping, Cost, Morale) targets 90 days after the start of the SOP.
- Carrying out activities to ensure that the change projects under his/her responsibility are achieved,
- Determination of product times as predictions in new projects, and performance of time studies for products in series in the current situation, conducting line balancing activities.
