QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector,
- Fluent in English,
- IATF 16949 Quality System Internal Audit Knowledge (Certified),
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Knowledge,
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Internal Audit Knowledge (Certified),
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Knowledge,
- Having no restriction to travel in the country and abroad and having driving license,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the Quality Management System (IATF 16949) process and performance monitoring.
- Responsible for the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) process and performance monitoring
- To organize and report management review meetings for the Quality Management System at least once a year.
- To organize and report management review meetings for the Information Security Management System at least once a year.
- Reporting to the top management the performance of the Quality Management System and Information Security Management System and when the need for improvement,
- Planning and managing IATF 16949, ISO 27001, Customer System and Homologation audits. And managing corrective and preventive actions with process owners.
- Reporting and presenting the Quality Management System and Information Security Management System processes at the desired frequencies in the global system
- Checking the Quality Management System and Information Security Management System manuals at least once a year and revising them if necessary.
- To fulfill the duties, authorities and responsibilities in the system and operational (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Q1 and other customer requests) activities of the company; contribute to system development.
- To monitor and report all KPIs in the system, to warn the relevant process owner if there is a missing KPI, and to request a corrective action report if the KPI is out of target.
