QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As an accredited body, GCS provides international testing, inspection and certification service. We are looking for talented, highly motivated and active learner teammates who will work at our quality department.
- University degree from an Engineering departments (Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive Eng. etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge of English and report writing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Preferably, having EN ISO 17020 / 17025 knowledge
- Fundamental understanding of quality standards, principles, systems, methods and tools
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented
- Discreet/reticent and have confidence and reliance in the auditing process
- Having strong reporting and negotiation skills, being a team player
- Strong communication and discussion skills
- Having high mobility and no restriction to travel, able to keep up with and adaptable to flexible working hours
- Tracking, evaluation and adoption of national and international regulations into company processes
- Supporting quality management system
- Providing support to engineering team for homologation services
- Reporting, documentation check (both administration and quality)
- Maintaining the relationship with international offices
- Ensuring that necessary actions are taken to carry out internal and external audit activities
- Conducting efficiency analyzes and taking necessary actions
- Follow-up documents, reports, tests and perform revisions in quality system documentation
