- Graduated from Electrical / Electronics, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering / Industrial Engineering departments of universities
- Worked in similar positions for 2-3 years in Quality Control units.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good communication skills, prone to teamwork,
- Organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
- Residency/will be residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
- Completed military service (For male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Evaluating the feedback from the quality control team, monitoring, reporting and auditing improvement activities in this area in order to ensure that the product quality is produced in accordance with the standards.
- Supervising and reporting the improvement activities related to the causes of failure in customer returns and complaints.
- Informing the relevant departments by analyzing the costs of poor quality and ensuring that the improvement activities are planned, supervising and reporting these activities.
- Analyzing and reporting the resulting data by transferring it to statistical studies.
- Coordinating and reporting quality assurance functions in projects of new products.
- Taking an active role in the preparation of the department's budget, periodically reviewing it and keeping it up to date.
- Ensuring effective communication within the department and representing the department in interdepartmental interaction.
- Ensuring the commissioning and follow-up of new projects in order to increase the effectiveness of quality activities.
