QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Being the contact person for the production & product quality problems at Quality Department
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators related to QC processes including CoQ
- Supporting continuous improvement activities in terms of process improvement.
- Supporting customer acceptance test activities related to FAT scope.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Ensuring alignment to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Running FMEA studies and implementing improvement actions for QC operation
- Reporting and organizing of Incoming Inspection processes including supplier quality management
- Pro actively participation to Quality Problem solution activities and PeX projects
- Leading the I Kaizen projects of QC Team
- Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience preferably in Cable or Automotive industry
- Knowledge of QC team management is a plus
- Good command of English is a must
- Strong communication skills
- No travel restriction
