QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
In order to strengten our Quality Department in Yenikoy / Kocaeli, we are immediately looking for aQUALITY PROCESS ENGINEERwith;
- Degree in engineering
- At least 3 – 5 years of automotive experience
- Excellent knowledge of Product and Process
- Good knowledge of microsoft office applications
- Internal auditor knowledge
- Good knowledge of problem analysis
- Problem solving methadology and experience
- Leadership and communicator experience (with worker, supervisor, staff and plant management) and strong team player.
- To have ability to get the whole quality responsibility of the plant
- Must have a good command of English
- Residing in Kocaeli
İŞ TANIMI
- Internal expert for Problem Solving Methods Training and Coaching
- Familiar to ISO 16949 system expectations /internal and third party audits
- Knowledge of product / process / system audits
- Accomplishment of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Following up non-conforming product management
- Knowledge of finding root cause/corrective and preventive actions (8D , fish bone)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement
- Following up satisfaction and dissatisfaction of customer analysis customer return part
- Management from internal system after rework/scrap
- Controlling daily, weekly and monthly customer problems and reject analysis
- Follow up final control instructions
- Follow up samples status and quality reports related to customer
- Periodical weekly visit to customer for the line inspection
- Keeping under control of requested documents in related folder
- Attending and giving training which approved by QA management
- Necessity cooperation with process and incoming quality
- FMEA control plan and quality core tools knowledge
