We are looking for Production Planning & Control Engineer in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
- Engineering, High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of five years experience in Automotive Industry with progressive responsibilities in planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- SAP PP and related modules Knowledge and Experience
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with various functional areas within the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under stress & in different topics at once (Multitask).
- Disciplined, well organized, patient.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly production plans, based on sales forecasts and orders.
- Plan the production in order to meet the customer demands in the right time and in the correct quantity, considering material availability.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Determining and planning the capacity work force, machinery, material and stock needs.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Establishing necessary measurement, reporting, control and monitoring systems for capacity
- Prepare the necessary raw material, auxiliary material and machinery plans in order to comply with the waste orders and deadline of targets, to ensure coordination between the relevant departments in order to supply of the necessary resources
- Follow the production results, planning, coordinating, implementing, business discipline Analyze the discrepancies with the plan
- Close cooperation with other production departments and also with blue-collar workers
- Ensuring the establishment of systematic and operational processes required for productivity increases.
- Follow productivity KPI of production units and to take action with the related production units for unsuitable situations.
- Tracks and monitors the scraps and executes the production plan accordingly.
