We are looking for Test Engineer in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs functional tests, measurements, validation and evaluation of requested parameters during research & development, design and in-process check of products and materials according to requests and specifications.
Performs objective evaluation of products tests & products validation; prepares tests results records and reports. Participates in tests and Services documentation process.
Manipulates with testing facilities and equipments. Performs their service, adjustment, programming, and maintenance; responsibilities for their correct function, safe and effective use.
He/She is responsible for good technical conditions as well as daily maintainance of test facilities.
Works in accordance with VDPS, ISO/TS 16 949, rated specifications, methods, processes and testing conditions.
Cooperates with other company departments, teams and staff in timing plan, tests specifications, methods and processes. Recommendates actions for design improvement, products function and fulfilling specifications and customer request & targets.
Monitoring news and trends in automotive lighting / climate development &design, products, material and chemical testing.
Participates on corrective actions implementations based on certification, customer and internal audit results.
Cooperates with other laboratories (both internal and external).
During the work, respects all rules given for Health and Safety protection, Fire protection and all internal rules and legislative norms.
