QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Launch Engineer for our Operations Team in Tuzla Plant.
- Ensuring the achievement of project objectives in terms of manufacturing (value streams, process, quality, logistic, cost and timing),
- Follow Launch readiness report from Gate 3 ( Development ) to Gate 6 ( SOP + 3 Months) .
- Runs all plant buildout/launch open issues meetings and drives items to closure.
- Coordinate the activities of the Plant Launch Team to assure plant systems, equipment, tracking programs are completed on time, prioritizing the day-to-day activities
- Validate capacity availability in production site regarding pre-series and ramp-up phases or Project.
- Participate with Launch Manager, MFG Engineering and Varroc Global Plant Flow team on final layouts, detailed plans for installation or construction, execution of plans, and buy-off
- Report plant launch status through assessment reports
- Responsible for "Red Flag" process when launch is missing Key Quality or Timing elements. Connection directly with Red Flag issues and elevate to management and request for support when corrective actions cannot be managed at plant level
- Run @ Rates planning ( Internal & Customer ) and realization within quality/capacity objectives,
- Lead ICS (Industrialization Concept Sheet) preparation
- Cooperation with Mfg Eng department regarding changes implementation done
- Follow-up Launch costs budget follow – up and charge backs,
- Follow-up KPI’s
- Participation and involvement at reviews: design, process, logistic, quality, commercial.
- Managing and Creating Packaging documentation
