- Graduated from the electrical / electronics, mechatronics engineering departments of universities
- Willing to improve knowledge and experience
- To be able to manage and manage blue collar personnel,

- Able to find solutions to technical problems that may arise related to production,

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for SMT test line erection, debugging, maintenance and abnormal follow-up
2. Responsible for the daily management of SMT test fixtures, accessories and gold plate consumables
3. Responsible for the formulation and modification of testing related projects, process documents and management regulations
4. Responsible for the test introduction of new products, improve the test pass-through rate and test efficiency
