QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1. Develop TECNO Turkey fanbase operation strategy together with department heads

2. Build TECNO Turkish user fanbase from 0 to 1 and be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the fanbase.

3. Use social tools such as Instagram/WhatsApp to build a deep interactive relationship with TECNO fans and enhance fans activation

4. Responsible for the planning, organization and execution of various online/offline fan’s activities, such as fan meet-ups, new product experience sessions, etc., to improve fan’sengagement.

5. Participate in the planning and execution of brand campaigns and product launch marketing campaigns throughout the year

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in fan operation or customer service managementor event planning;

2. Be a heavy social media user, familiar with the popular social media in Turkey;

3. Have creative planning ability and copywriting ability;

4. Extremely strong execution ability;

5. Strong communication skills, with strong social skills, eager to become friends with users.
