QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Tooling Engineer for our ProductionTeam in Tuzla Plant.
- Preferably graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
- Experienced in the design of automotive lighting equipment is preferred,
- Having developing negotiation & presentation skills,
- Advance level English with writing and speaking skills,
- Ability to use MS Office programs actively,
- Completion of military obligation for male candidates,
- Auto driver's license.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Resolve any issues that arise when the tool is being trialed at the manufacturing site after shipping from the toolmaker,
- Support manufacturing group to resolve concerns on current tools,
- Review plastic component and understand if the design can be produced by injection moulding tooling,
- Understand plastic and mould tool materials to ensure the tool is correctly specified and robust,
- Manage and report multiple tooling projects,
- IATF 16949 knowledge and experience in Quality Management System,
- Experienced in the use of the design program perfectly (Preferably Solidworks, Catia, ZW3D, 3D-Tool),
- Problem solving and analytical skills,
- Strong communication skills to build bridges between different department.
