QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Program Buyer for our Purchasing Team in Tuzla Plant.
- Preparing RFQs according to projects.
- Preparing purchasing documents for the RFQs and sending them to suppliers.
- Completing the documents with the project team.
- Reviewing of costs.
- Updating the purchasing documents related to the projects.
- Controlling of the suppliers’ capacities for production.
- Preparing of POs for samples according to project requirements in ERP.
- Preparing the supplier progress report and controlling the processes.
- Making supplier audits.
- Informing the project department about possible delays of projects.
- Informing customers for the correct reporting about current information with the project department.
- Making capacity works according to production change rates.
- Sharing the product price and its impact to project with the Project Manager.
- Managing the scope and cost implications of design change.
- Informing project team about the cost changes.
Knowledge Required:
- University degree in related field,
- Buyer Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Purchase of Non-Production material (pref. Automotive),
- Fluent in English ,
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP,
- Strong negotiations skills,
- Strong Processes Knowledge,
- Ability to work individually on projects.
