QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Customer Quality Engineer" to be assigned at theHalkalı location.
General Qualifications,
- Graduated from Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments of universities,
- Preferably with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position,
- Having knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016), preferably an internal auditor certificate
- Knowledge of the automotive industry's five quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
- Have an advanced level of English,
- Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication skills, researcher and prone to teamwork
- Has an advanced business follow-up, customer-oriented perspective
- No travel restrictions
Job description:
- Systematically recording the technical feedbacks from customers and monitoring the process,
- Supporting the preparation of technical solution reports in accordance with the 8D methodology by regularly attending the On-site Quality meetings, coordinating the communication with the customers
- Taking an active role in the planning of activities that will increase customer satisfaction, supporting projects about this subject,
- Follow-up of new products' compliance with the APQP process, complete and timely delivery of PPAP files to the customer,
- Planning and monitoring activities to meet the requirements of quality management systems, attending the system and process audits
- Monthly analysis and reporting of poor quality costs and determination of corrective actions
- Taking an active role in continuous development and sustainability projects
