We are looking for "Customer Relations Specialist" to work for our client, which is a company for packaging solutions and services for sterile medical devices and pharmaceutical Industry
General Qualifications
- Experience at least 1-year Sales or as a Client Service Representative,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening,
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices,
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters,
- Quality focus / Problem solving / Resolving conflict,
- Able to Process orders and transactions with the factories based in Europe,
- Expected to fluent in English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
- Fast learner and passion for sales,
- Candidates who reside or can live in Ankara near to Konutkent.
