Our Turgutlu facility is looking for Customer Service Representative. Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence,
- Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical and operational questions,
- Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements,
- Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering,
- Follow up logistics, quality, and price claims,
- Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers,
- Follow up payment issues,
- Provide monthly sales figures for customers,
- Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration,
- Be in a strong communication with several local and global departments for a better workflow
- Have knowledge of country/customs/legal requirements for Middle East market
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having a good command of English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome, but not mandatory
- Using the MS Office applications effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the processes like Customer Service, Sales or Sales Support, Foreign Trade, etc.
