We are looking for an “Operation Specialist” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in relevant disciplines
- 4 years experiences in export operations
- Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulation and logistics procedures
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office
- High attention to Comprehension & Quality of Work
- Planning & effective communication skills
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIBTION
- Fixes shipment schedule and arranges booking
- Adjusts shipment plan and negotiates with production planning department and sales companies after checking the actual production plan prepared by production planning department
- Manages export procedure including documentation
- Improves export procedure
- Summarizes monthly shipment plan
- Fixes shipment schedule and arranges booking
- Processes data on SAP regarding domestic and export sales
- Prepares necessary documents on time
- Applies for custom clearance
- Controls and reports export related costs, including freights to sales companies
- Selects shipping line and other logistics
- Checks export and domestic regulation regarding shipment.
