QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Transport & Customs Specialist in fast changing & dynamic organisation responsible for electrical design and development of medium voltage switchgears.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or Logistics.
- Good Command of English & French
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a foreign trade and custom regulation role
- Ability to assess current risk levels
- Ability to design and/or apply security instructions due to risks and treats
- Protect systems in order to ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability ??????
- Ability to continuously anticipate, identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and/or practices
- In-depth understanding of ISO 27001 codes and standards
- Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
- Self motivated and challenge the business with high energy
- Professional Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, solid writing and presentation skills, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Description
- Communicating with suppliers when the goods are ready, organize the transport and customs operations
- Preparing the import files, enter the import invoices to SAP system, organize the payments, follow the steps for warehouse entrance
- Working to keep the high level of price, quality and service level, communicating with the suppliers upon supply chain organization and follow & apply the decision
- Updating the purchase parameters in SAP system for the outgroup&intragroup suppliers
- Recording work flows and sharing with related departments(customs broker, logistics provider)
- Organize and follow express shipments for on time deliveries.
