Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².

What you need is...


  • Bachelor’s Degree in faculty of Engineering, Logistics or equivalent,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics Department (Transportation, warehousing, stock management),
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal),
  • Proficiency in SAP WM and MS applications, knowledge of SAP EWM is a plus,
  • Experience working with RF Terminals,
  • Excellent communication and time management skills,
  • Well-developed motivational and leadership skills.


As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for;


  • Carrying out the management and administration of the organizationally affiliated employees of the Logistics Center,
  • Assigns specific responsibilities to warehouse staff to ensure customer and business needs are met,
  • Monitors employee attendance, productivity, and other performance indicators and provides counseling, mentoring and guidance to staff as required,
  • Responsible for tracking daily, weekly, monthly and annual KPIs and other departmental metrics as be established from time to time,
  • Ensures company material handling vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and serviced with regular frequency to ensure safe and proper functioning,
  • Managing day-to-day logistics activities to ensure processes are followed and work is done effectively and on time,
  • Performing a range of warehouse activities to facilitate the timely and accurate, export and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages and documents,
  • Managing and checking all inland transportation operations and communicates regularly and professionally with inland transportation providers,
  • Conducting ocean freight reviewing processes with logistics team,
  • Following up and improving transportation costs,
  • Working efficiently in liaison with SC and OM teams,
  • Managing invoice flow and cost control effectively with Finance team,
  • Performing other duties as required in support of local and global logistics operations,
  • Managing and checking inventory transaction in order to make sure live inventory to supply orders,
  • Managing warehouse counting operations.
