KT&G Turkey sells its world-famous cigarettes in the Turkish Market. It is looking for a "Logistics Supervisor" who will continue to work in Tire Factory, which continues to grow day by day and has a high dynamism.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Logistics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or Supply Chain)
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Having knowledge about Logistics, Distribution and Custom Clearance
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
- Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of Office programs user experience
Job description
- Following order squence from Production, Warehousing, Sales Order and Loading
- Arrangement of the available vessel/truck via the forwarder agency and scheduling for the loading date
- Arrangement of the customs declaration with the customs broker and finalizing the export operation
- Domestic delivery shipment accomplishment
- Arrangement of transportation raw materials
- Following destination port expenses & following receivable amounts
- Stock counting & stock report preparation
- Inpection of the incoming materials; material counting and matching quantity with shipping documents and reporting
- Supporting Factory Utility operations, preparing documentation, expense and general duties
- Supporting spare part operations, preparing documentation, expense and general duties
