QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably Engineering or Business Administration,
  • Preferably work experience minimum 2 years in an automotive spare parts,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking and presentation skills,
  • A customer-oriented way of working,
  • High level of negotiation skills & attention to detail,
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting in the automotive industry preferred,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Active user of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel,
  • Active B class driver license,
  • Class B license holder,
  • No obstacle for domestic and international traveling.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Examining customer inquiries and entering the relevant data into the sales system,
  • Analyzing customer needs and creating appropriate solutions,
  • Communicating with the customer about sales marketing processes and customer visits,
  • Working on OEM projects in coordination with other departments involved,
  • Tracking and processing the offers,
  • Target driven, to exceed team sales goals,
  • Existing customer portfolio management,
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Providing the necessary reports and information regularly to Sales Manager.
