QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree (Logisticsmanagement,business administration or related field is preferred)

· Knowledge and experience on ERP systems (Logo and/or SAP are preferred)

· Min. 5 years experinceonsourcing of goodsand alsologistic operations(import,export andcustom clearances)

· Strong communication skills in English and Turkish both oral and written

· Advanced computer skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Good work ethic and ability to work effectively in order to meet tight deadlines

· Problem-solving and analytical ability

· Strong multi-tasking skills

· Ability to identify issues, develop solutions and drive results

· Valid Turkish driver’s license is a plus

Job Description:

· Plan and manage execution of all logistics transactions, preparing and controlling necessary documentation

· Coordination and communication with all stakeholders; internal customers, customs broker agencies, forwarders,inspection companies (if needed) and 3rd party warehousing service providers

· Execute inbound operations up togoodsreceipt in Logo/SAP

· Coordinate the purchasing operations process in line with Logo/SAP planning, ensuring that necessary quantities for timely delivery are purchased on time

· Assist teams and organization staff with general administrative tasks

· Create purchase orders, correct data and transmit to vendor with applicable documentation
