QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
° Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
° Or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
° Fluent in English & Local language with excellent communication skills.
° French will be an asset.
° Over 5-7 years’ experience in financial, operational, and business partnering roles
° Open to travel
° Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment would be an advantage.
Job Description
° Contribute to prepare, measure, and analyze the entity performance evolution.
° Lead month end closing.
° Management of Capex
° Present monthly financial results to operations.
° Prepare a detailed report for budget / actual deviations analyses of it.
° Preparation of miscellaneous internal and external management reports.
° Ensure that cost related issues are properly processed in the system.
° Drive the annual Transfer Price process.
° Prepare Quarterly Business Review.
° Lead and participate several global and local projects. (Product transfers etc.)
° Project Margin Follow-Up and controlling.
° Support transformation initiatives.
° Supervise, control, and report the taking of annual and cycle counts.
° Challenge other departments in terms of financial process.
° Ensure accuracy and reliability of the Group Reporting.
° Ensure Audits and Key Internal Controls and IFRS rules.
° Ensure Business compliance and ethics.
° Collaborate with other departments on financial issues on all the above.
