QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
IMPORT & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Trade or Supply Chain,
- Fluent in English,
- Minimun 4 years of professional experience in Logistic, Supply Chain or Import fields,
- Experience in MS Office, Axapta,
- Customer Focused,
· Committed to the work, result driven,
· Able to effectively and accurately communicate both verbally and written.
Job Description:
- Purchase order management - Intercompany/3rd Party Supplier Purchase order entry, proactively monitor and follow up both IC and 3rd party pending orders inform related parties regularly,
- Coordinate shipments and customs clearance processes,
- Respective transactions in AXAPTA,
- Being responsible for customs clearance of direct&indirect materials,
- Ensure import licenses are provided on time,
- Check mandatory import documents invoice, A.TR, CO, BL.
- Check freight, storage and other cost invoices and prepare the copies for the archive,
- Contribute proactively to processes optimization, support of digitalization initiatives.
