RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as primary communicator with all customers, both internal and external regarding status of customer orders.
- Processes all O.E.M. and aftermarket customer shipping releases, and advance shipping notifications (ASNs) on a timely and accurate basis to meet customer specifications.
- To issue customer requirements for daily shipments to hourly associates for processing.
- To maintain customer owned and internal dunnage records for inventory.
- To access customer information systems for updates and inventory control.
- Data Management TPO, Boms and Routings maintenance, ECR management &follow up, Packaging specification for customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires 'Business administration degree or equivalent'
- Must have experience min. 2 years in customer service department
- Must have experience in an automotive supplier environment
