Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².

Anatolia; is looking for Order Management Specialist teammate who can contribute to the company's values and provide quality service to our internal and external stakeholders. What you need is...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics)
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of supply chain, order management and logistics process
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field of Supply Chain, preferably in Order Management
  • Knowledge of SAP SD module
  • Good problem solving skills and having a result-oriented approach
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work with tight deadlines in a multinational environmentCompliance with policy and procedures
  • Compliance with policy and procedures
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing international order processing
  • Responds to the demands of customers in timely manner
  • Being ensure that timely and accurate order data is being sent to export team
  • Providing container plans based on constraints to customers and manages orders accordingly
  • Ensures that the loadings will be completed on time and conditions
  • Being proactive with customers and sales team and inform timely manner
  • Working closely with sales and logistics and improves service quality
  • Maintaining continuous improvement approach with offering solutions on order management issues considering customers’ feedbacks
  • Providing the weekly reports to the related first line manager
