* Order processing and follow-up in WMS
* Coordination between Port, Transport / Customs department and Operations
* Follow-up Administrative and Operational planning
* Preparation stock checks and stock reporting
* Regular contact with Customers
* Monthly Internal and External Reporting
* Preparation of Monthly invoicing
* University degree preferred but not a must
* Experience in similar customer service related positions , experience within logistics is a plus
* Excellent in both Turkish and English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Customer oriented and administratively precise
* Determine own priorities and take initiative – able to work independently
* Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); knowledge of Navision and SAP is a plus
