Our Turgutlu facility is looking forCustomer Service Representative (Temporary). Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Having a good command of English and preferably French as second language.
- Using the MS Office applications effectively.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Must have experience in an automotive supplier
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To take the orders sent by the customers completely and accurately, and to enter into the system.
- To inform the customers related to the order lead times.
- To prepare the documentation related to the foreign trade activities.
- To determine the suitable transportation company that will be used for the shipping, and to work with customs brokers cooperatively.
- To inform and direct the warehouse so that the shipments can be made without any problem.
- To ensure the coordination between the receiving company and the transportation company during the shipping process, and to provide logistics management support so that the products can be delivered on time.
- To control the invoices related to its department, and to deliver to the Accounting Department on time.
- To inform the customers about the orders and the deliveries, and to make the daily correspondences.
- To monitor the production data and schedule deviations in the production department regularly and take the necessary measures on time.
- To know the foreign trade processes inside out, and to carry out improvement activities.
